Stainless Steel Etching Process
The etching process utilizes ferric chloride's strong oxidation properties to corrode the stainless steel surface, converting trivalent iron into more stable bivalent iron elements. The specific production process involves applying an anti-corrosion layer to protect designated areas, followed by immersion in ferric chloride solution, then washing off the protective layer to reveal the finished etched patterns.
