Classification by Production Process
Mold Stamping: Plate processing with local force application. Mold stamping creates patterns individually on the plate, resulting in deeper and more three-dimensional patterns compared to roll embossing.
Roll Embossing: Roll processing with average force distribution. Roll embossing processes the entire coil through unwinding, embossing, and winding machines, providing superior flatness compared to stamped plates.
Classification by Appearance
Single-sided Embossing: Processed through roller pressing mechanical equipment using a single cylindrical pattern mold, creating concave and convex patterns on the front side while maintaining a flat back surface.
Features: Scratch resistance, impact resistance, dirt resistance, easy cleaning, and anti-sticking properties.
Production Specifications: Thickness 0.8-2.0mm, width below 1.22m, customizable length (within 6m).
