Stainless Steel Etching Process Principle
The process uses ferric chloride strong oxidation to corrode the stainless steel surface, converting trivalent iron into more stable bivalent iron elements. The specific production process involves coating the stainless steel surface with an anti-corrosion layer to protect required areas, then placing it into the ferric chloride spraying assembly line for corrosion. After completion, the anti-corrosion layer is washed off, forming the desired patterns.
