Stainless Steel Etching Principle
The process uses ferric chloride strong oxidation to corrode the stainless steel surface, converting trivalent iron into more stable bivalent iron elements. The specific production process involves: first coating the stainless steel surface with an anti-corrosion layer to protect required areas, then placing it into the spraying iron trichloride assembly line. After corrosion is complete, the anti-corrosion layer is washed off, forming the desired patterns.
