This is a set of pot comprising of 3 parts, 1 main pot body, 1 inside steaming pot and a lid.

The major parts of pot, including main pot, inner pot main part and lid, are made of high purity borosilicate glass, food grade and heat/heat shock resistant. The edge of the inner pot is made of food safe grade PP. 

It's a good pot in preparing the traditional Chinese nutritional soups, e.g. Thailand bird's nest, full of amino acids and other nutrients and for other s. 

The set has a design of two pot. When making the soup, add water into the big pot, then put the inner pot containing the soup bowl/food or soup/food ingredients, including proper amount of water to be part of soup finally, and the inner pot should be dipped into the water with a depth of 5-10cm, while the water should not exceed the level limit marked in the big pot wall. The heat the big pot to boiling to cook the soup/food in the inner pot. 

This cooking way is called isolated steaming in Chinese cursine. The water in the big pot is only a heating medium. Advantages of this way of cooking include constant and moderate temperation for the inner pot soup or food, to better protect the loss of nutrients in the soup or food. 

This pot is designed as a cookware for precious or high end soup/food containing bird nest or its kind of expensive nutritional ingredients.
