High Shear VI Dissolving Unit

VP High Shear VI Dissolving System package is supplied on a skid with 15T, 20T and 30T tank option. It also includes a cutter and therefore raw materials need not to be pre-cut prior to feeding into the system.

The whole system consists of following main components:

1. VI dissolving tank with external coils (heating by hot oil or steam), temperature control and level switch.
2. Slanting insert mixture and special high-speed cutter
3. High shear online homogenize pump
4. Whole skid support structure
5. VI lifter and transmission system
6. Unloading pump
7. Related instruments and valves
8. Cabinet and integrated control system
