BJVP Automatic Batch Blender ( ABB ) provides an efficient technology to apply small amount, various materials and high level mixed accuracy requrement in the small volume production. The whole Blending process controlled by computer, which is an important mode in lubricant production line. Through the way of weighing to achieve automatic small batch blending.Through automatic metering control and component proportion, blending qualified finished products.

Main Blending Process:

• Add the basic ould into main blending kettle 
• Add the additive into main blending kettle 
• Add the additive from DDU to main blending kettle
• Heating and stirring process in main blending kettle
• Main blending heating process is carried segment, computer will control the heating process
• The product pipeline also can be cleaned by VP pigging system
