Genreal Principle - Automatically Dose- Simultaneous Meterer Blender - BJVP

Overview:

The general principle of operation for the SMB is as follows: Operator provides production data To SMB control system. eg. product name (code), type, blend size, and tank destination etc. The SMB control system will then automatically dose all required raw material components according to the customers specific blend formulation (recipe), in the following 3 stages: Fist stage is an initial dosing & transfer of base oil, followed by dosing & transfer of the main blend components base oils & additives, followed by a final dosing & transfer of the Manual metering of small quantities of additives through a special tank with metering unit.
