Overview:

The melting unit and spry driad recovery model allows the quick dissolving in water of the waste powder coming from spry dry filters and of ramaining unused material.

This type of product can also be used in steel working, food, oenological industry and where it is necessary to melt the powder in water quickly.

This machine can dissolve even large quantities of solid material thanks to the combinad aclion of the stirrer with wing profile propeller and horizontal centrifugai pump, which through their dynamic agitation and recirculation function, makes the product homogeneous by removing any crumbs contained in the material.

The whole unit is driven by an electronic weighting instrument and by one PLC which regulate the powder/liquids coming in and the several working and washing cycles.

The carpantry parts, including the tank, the crosspiece and the weigthing cells and the base ara built in stainless steel AlSI 304 .
The pump parts and the hoses submitted to wear are coated with fire proof rubber in order to increase their lasting
