220v Electric Flexible Rubber Pad Heater Silicone Heating Element

Silicone rubber heater is mainly composed of nickel-chromium alloy heating wire and silicone rubber high temperature insulation layer. The silicone rubber high temperature insulation layer is a thin sheet (standard thickness of 1.5mm) composed of silicone rubber and glass fiber cloth. The silicone rubber heater has good flexibility. It has fast heat generation, uniform temperature, high thermal efficiency, convenient use, long safety life and not easy to aging.

By heating, the liquid and coagulum in the barrel can be easily taken out, such as the adhesive, grease, asphalt, paint, paraffin, oil and various resin materials in the barrel. The barrel is heated to make the viscosity drop uniformly and reduce the pump's power. Therefore, this device is not affected by the season and can be used all year round. Install a sensor on the heater surface to directly control the temperature through temperature adjustment.
