l Adopt high quality ceramic anilox cylinder to transfer the ink. l Unwinding is controlled by magnetic powder brake and rewinding is controlled by magnetic power clutch. l Unwinding adopts auto tension controller. l Each printing unit adopts 360° degree adjustment, it can independently gear and loosen, so other printing units can continue do printing. l Each printing unit equips with IR and hot air l Equipped with web guide for tracking. l This machine with one die-cutting station, which makes printing and die-cutting can be finished in one process. l The ink rollers will be separated from the printing rollers, and keep running when the machine stops. l The main machine inverter is imported. l It equipped with 3” air expanding shaft on unwinding/rewinding section. l All the rollers are deal with thermal treated. l The machine can finish material-feeding, printing, varnishing, drying, laminating, rewinding and die-cutting in a lump. It is an ideal machine for printing note and top-grade adhesive label. |
