Specifications:
  • Adopt high quality ceramic anilox cylinder to transfer the ink.
  • Unwinding is controlled by magnetic powder brake and rewinding is controlled by magnetic power clutch.
  • Unwinding adopts auto tension controller.
  • Each printing unit adopts 360° degree adjustment, it can independently gear and loosen, so other printing units can continue do printing.
  • Each printing unit equips with IR dryer
  • Equipped with web guide for tracking.
  • This machine with one die-cutting station, which makes printing and die-cutting can be finished in one process.
  • The ink rollers will be separated from the printing rollers, and keep running when the machine stops.
  • The main machine inverter is imported.
  • It equipped with 3” air expanding shaft on unwinding/rewinding section.
  • All the rollers are deal with thermal treated.
  • The machine can finish material-feeding, printing, varnishing, drying, laminating, rewinding and die-cutting in a lump. It is an ideal machine for printing note and top-grade adhesive label.
