一,用途:Suitable for :

本机适用于多种卷筒包装纸张/PET/PVC,无纺布,不干胶多种卷筒包装材料的分切.如各类纸张30-350g/m²(双胶纸,纸袋纸,白板纸,特种纸,淋膜纸等),纸塑复合材料等.

This machine suitable for a lot of paper,such as 30-350g/m²,paper&film laminated,PET/PVC,adhisive,non-woven etc best jumbo roll cutting machine.

二,性能及特点:Characteristic:

1. 该机采用伺服电机三电机同步控制,自动锥度张力,中心表面卷取方式；

Machine use servo three motor synchronize control, auto tape tension,center and surface rewinding together；

2,本机采用变频调速,保持加速中平稳运转；

Machine use frequency adjust speed, keep stable running when speed up；

3,自动计米,自动停机,报警等功能；

auto counter quantity, auto fixed length, auto machine stop when had alarm , auto tension control etc function.

4,收卷采用A,B气胀轴结构,装卸操作方便；

5,放卷采用光电式纠边方式；

1. 该机的控制系统大致可分为主机速度控制,放卷张力控制,收卷张力调节,自动计米等由PLC集中控制,触摸屏采用台湾威纶,PLC采用德国西门子；
2. 触摸屏采用10寸,可推拉式结构
3. PLC计长；报警停车；自动定长.
4. 可以予设分切长度停机

6.配套设施:(用户自行负责)

1. 电源:三相四线空气开关:电压380V 50Hz
2. 气源:空压机 6个气压
