Our PPGI Production Line

PPGI is pre-painted PPGI/PPGL Coils And Sheets, galvanized steel, also known as pre-coated steel, color coated steel, PPGI steel coil etc.

Using Hot Dip Galvanized Steel Coil as the substrate, PPGI is made by first going through surface pre-treatment, then the coating of one or more layers of liquid coating by roll coating, and finally baking and cooling. The coatings used to include polyester, silicon modified polyester, high-durability, corrosion-resistance and formability.

In the above process, if the cleaning degreasing process is not handled well, the adhesion of the primer of the color coated plate to the galvanized sheet is not good, and it is easy to cause the topcoat of the color coated steel coil to fall off during the press forming process.

Unrolling→Stitching machine→Entrance loop→Pretreatment→Initial coating→Bake→Cool down→ Fine coating→Bake→Embossed film→Export loop→Inspection station→Cut→Coiling
