Testing Procedure
Setup & Configuration
- Install electrodes and sample properly
- Adjust exhaust fan wind speed
- Configure parameters: Dripping Interval (25S), Dripping Time (5S), Quantity (50-100 drops), Completion Delay (25S), Over-current (0.5A), Over-current Delay (2S)
- Close observation window and press Start button
Test Execution
- Current
- Current ≥0.5A: Test stops after 2S delay with alarm activation
Safety & Maintenance Notes
- Power requirement: 1.5KW, 220V, 50Hz with proper grounding
- Do not open observation window during testing to prevent electric shock
- Activate exhaust fan and clean chamber after testing
- Turn off fan when adding liquid to prevent solution splashing
- Adjust fan speed according to different standard requirements
- Handle platinum electrodes carefully as they are expensive and vulnerable
- Regularly clean dripping system and maintain smooth operation
