• 1. Recommended pp fiber twisted bunchy length: Common crack resistance requires fiber length of 54mm

• 2. PP Fiber twisted bunchy concrete mix ratio: It is usually recommended to add more than 2.7kg/sqm to concrete (0.3% by volume). The reinforcement amount is 5.5kg, compared with adding 47kg steel fiber, the volume ratio of 5.4kg polymer fiber to concrete is the same.

  3. The mixture ratio of concrete usually does not need to be changed. Considering the requirements of crack resistance, it is recommended to use PP fiber mesh with volume ratio of 1:1 (0.9kg fiber mesh per sgm cement concrete).
