Product introduction
Chlorinated rubber is a kind of chlorinated polymer made from natural rubber and chlorine gas. Industrial products are white or light yellow powder, non-toxic and tasteless, chlorine content of 63-65% , average molecular weight of 5000-10000, soluble in aromatic hydrocarbons, halogenated hydrocarbons, ethers, esters, petroleum solvents and ketones (excluding acetone) , can be mixed with alkyd resins, epoxy, Phenol formaldehyde resin, polyurethane and other synthetic resins, insoluble in aliphatic alcohols and water. Due to the high chlorine content in the C-C backbone of chlorinated rubber and its ring-like structure, it has many excellent application properties:
1. The molecular chain is saturated and does not contain double bond and other active groups, so it has stable chemical properties and excellent corrosion resistance. It can withstand the corrosion of acid, alkali, salt, chlorine, H2S, SO2 and other corrosive chemicals
2. Cl-group has anti-mildew and flame-retardant properties, so the product has anti-mildew and flame-retardant properties;/n3. C-Cl bond has strong polarity, so it has good adhesion on many kinds of materials such as steel, aluminum alloy, cement and wood/n4. It has C-C main chain and belongs to rubber modified product, so it has good compatibility with natural rubber, neoprene rubber, nitrile rubber rubber, etc. /n5. It has a ring structure, so the adhesive property, flame retardancy, oil resistance and elastic modulus of the product can be improved/n6. Micro-decomposition above 125 °C, no softening and burning above 200 °C, good heat resistance.

Applications
Chlorinated rubber powder CR30 is a medium-high viscosity chlorinated rubber, which can be used to prepare products such as anti-corrosion paint, ship paint, road marking paint, fireproof paint, metal, paper or fabric coatings, rubber product adhesives, adhesives and high-performance rubber products.

Solubility and Compatibility
CR-30 series product could be dissolved in various solvents, and compatible with many kinds of resins, plasticizers and binders, etc.
Storage & transportation
Store in dry & ventilated warehouse. Don't store it in open air. Prevent sunshine & moisture. Avoid high temperature. Avoid rain during transportation. It is not dangerous cargo.
