PP Macrofiber Wave Description:

Polypropylene crude fiber is also called plastic steel fiber, imitation steel fiber, polypropylene and polyethylene as the main raw materials, refined by special production process. Its surface is rough, the shape is well-defined, has good dispersion and adhesion with the cement matrix, the product has both the function of steel fiber and the advantages of synthetic fiber, mainly used to replace the welded metal mesh and steel fiber in the concrete panel structure.

 

PP Macrofiber Wave Properties

PP macrofiber wave form can be instead of steel fibre in cement concrete for anti-crack. Easy to disperse and construct.

 

PP Macrofiber Wave Usage

Suggestion of Additive rate: 5.4kg fibre in one cubic meter concrete. (not less than 2.7kg/M3)

Technic of mixture:Put the fibre into detritus first, then put grit to mix for about 2minutes, to make the fibre be dispersed. Then put cement and water to mix as per normal technic.
