BAW-50R is self-crosslinking film-forming Styrene-acrylic Copolymer Emulsion inroom temperature. It is specially for water-based coating varnish and printing ink. It has rapid drying rate and high gloss through using this product preparation of varnish. It has good compatibility with the market popular acrylic polymers. Besides, it has good pigment wetting ability in letterpress and gravure printing ink.
Feature:
1. Self-crosslinking in temperature, excellent film-forming property and flexibility
2. Good adhesive, it have good adhesive in the surface for the treated PE film and
aluminum foil.
3. Good transparency, it can produce high gloss tansparent membrane in base
material surface .
4. Excellent rub resistance and water resistance.
5. High gloss, if the formula is proper, it can produce high gloss and excellent flow
property.
6. Fast dry, even it don’t need to add alcohol fast drying agent.
7. Good compatibility with the market popular water-based resin.
8. Low Odor, good anti-stick.
