SFTC240B-7105A-CT TFT LCD display is a 2.4 inch portrait mode with capacitive touch screen (CTP) TFT LCD module, Displaying QVGA resolution 240x320 pixels, this TFT LCD module is built-in with ILI9341V IC ( compitable with ST7789V IC). it supports SPI interface. supply voltage for analog (Vcc) range from 2.4V to 3.6V, typical value 3.3V. This module is having anti-glare surface panel and all viewing angles visible.

SFTC240B-7105A-CT TFT display product uses a high-brightness backlight, with a high-brightness polarizer, the surface brightness can reach 1000 NITS, and the CTP surface is anti-glare, so that this product can be read in sunlight. This LCD module can be used in embedded systems, industrial device, security and hand-held equipment which require display in high quality and colorful image.
