SAEF Technology SFTO1010LX-7047A-N Industrial TFT display is a 10.1inch IPS type full viewing angles screen with resolution of 1280x800 pixels. This industrial grade TFT LCD Display Module supports 8 bits-LVDS interface. SFTO1010LX-7047A-N high brightness PCAP TFT LCD screen is 3.9V(Max value) for operating voltage. Vdd is from 2.3V to 3.6V.
SFTO1010LX-7047A-N is designed with capacitive touch panel, single touch and multi-touch optional. The TFT module SFTO1010LX-7047A-N is with 420cd/m2 luminance. If you would like to use it as landscape mode or increase the luminance, please contact with us for more technical support.

Absolute Maximum Ratings
Note 1: If Ta below 50ºC, the maximal humidity is 90%RH, if Ta over 50ºC, absolute humidity should beless than 60%RH.
Note 2: The response time will be extremely slow when the operating temperature is around -10℃, andthe back ground will become darker at high temperature operating.
DC Characteristics
Note 1: Be sure to apply VDD and VGL to the LCD first, and then apply VGH.
Note 2: VDD setting should match the signals output voltage of customer’s systemboard.
Note 3: Typical VCOM is only a reference value, it must be optimized according to each LCM. Be sure touse VR.
