SAEF Technology SFTO1010LX-7047A-T Industrial/medical grade LCD touchscreen is a 10.1inch IPS type full viewing angles screen with resolution of 1280x800 pixels. This TFT LCD Display Module supports 8 bits-LVDS interface. SFTO1010LX-7047A-T high brightness TFT LCD screen is 3.9V(Max value) for operating voltage. Vdd is from 2.3V to 3.6V.
SFTO1010LX-7047A-T is designed with Resistive touch panel, The TFT module SFTO1010LX-7047A-T is with 420cd/m2 luminance.The TFT touch LCD SFTO1010LX-7047A-T Widely used in meter and instruments, GPS device, POS terminal, cash reader, scanner, home automation, conference phone, analyzers, home appliance, home automation, security system, etc.

This 10.1 inch industrial TFT display can be operating at temperatures from -20℃ to +70℃, it's storage temperature ranges from -30℃ to +80℃.

This Resistive touchscreen 10.1 inch TFT displays 16.7M color.

This 10.1 inch LCD touch screen has the outline dimension of 229.46 (H) X149.1(V) X 4.3(T) (mm), VA is 216.96 (H) X 135.6(V) (mm).

This 10.1 inch TFT Display supports 8 bits-LVDS interface, 40 pin (zif connection).

This TFT display 10.1 inch is a IPS all viewing direction

For this 10.1" TFT LCD, we designed a verion with capacitive touchscreen, pls search in our website by SFTO1010LX-7047A-CT.

For this 10.1" TFT screen, we recommend SFRA101H-1280800A-CT for compatible with Raspberry Pi with HDMI connection.

Absolute Maximum Ratings

Note 1: If Ta below 50ºC, the maximal humidity is 90%RH, if Ta over 50ºC, absolute humidity should beless than 60%RH.
Note 2: The response time will be extremely slow when the operating temperature is around -10℃, andthe back ground will become darker at high temperature operating.
 
DC Characteristics

Note 1: Be sure to apply VDD and VGL to the LCD first, and then apply VGH.
Note 2: VDD setting should match the signals output voltage of customer’s systemboard.
Note 3: Typical VCOM is only a reference value, it must be optimized according to each LCM. Be sure touse VR.
