SFTOS096XY-7128AP is a dot matrix 128x64 COG graphic type micro OLED display module with a dimension of 0.96-inch diagonal. This 0.96 inch tiny OLED module panel size is 24.74 x 16.9 x 1.42 m. This 0.96" micro OLED display has built-in IC SSD1315, supports SPI and I2C interface and boasts high contrast ratio 10,000 : 1. Logic supply voltage ranges from 2.8V-3.3V, the typical value is 3V. The module operating temperature ranges from -40°C to +80°C; storage temperature covers from -40°C to +85℃. The available emitting colors are white, blue single color and blue/yellow dual colors.
