SAEF Technology SF1602JR-269 is a monochrome COG 16X2 character LCD display module. It is equipped with an ST7032 controller or equivalent IC and supports I2C and MPU interfaces. The power voltage of the SF1602JR-269 character display LCD 1602 module is 3.3V (typical value). It has white LED backlight, blue, and yellow green LED backlight options. SF1602JR-269 is the FSTN transmission negative mode. It can operate at temperatures ranging from -10 ℃ to +60 ℃; Its storage temperature range is -20 ℃ to+70 ℃. This LCD module initially did not have a touch, but the touch panel is customizable. The SF1602JR-269 module is widely used in instruments, card readers, sensor devices, POS terminals, cash readers, handheld devices, medical analyzers, and more.
