1.3 inch IPS TFT LCD 12 Pins Product Introduction
SFTO130JY-7167AN is a full-color square TFT LCD display with a diagonal size of 1.3 inches and a resolution of 240x240. This module supports SPI interface, making it very convenient for users to program and use. The module size of SFTO130JY-7167AN model is 26.16x29.22 mm, and the active area size is 23.4x23.4mm.
The IPS technology used in the product ensures that users can experience the panoramic view of the screen and an excellent user experience from any direction. The ST7789P3 controller is integrated into the module, with a logic power supply voltage range of 3.0V to 3.6V. It can operate within a temperature range of -20 ℃ to+70 ℃, and its storage temperature range is -30 ℃ to+80 ℃. The FPC of SFTO130JY-7167AN can be customized according to user requirements and can be equipped with newly designed resistive touch screen (RTP) or capacitive touch screen.
