3.2 inch SPI Serial Interface TFT Module Product Introduction
SFTM320XM-7169AT is a 3.2 inch LCD module adopting a 4-wire SPI communication method, with a driver IC of ILI9341, a resolution of 240x320, and touch function (optional). This module includes an LCD display screen, backlight control circuit, and touch screen control circuit.

Hardware Configuration
The hardware circuit of this LCD module consists of three main parts: LCD display control circuit, touch screen control circuit, and backlight control circuit.
1, The LCD display control circuit is used to control the pins of the LCD, including control pins and data transmission pins.
2, The touch screen control circuit can control the touch screen touch response and touch coordinate reading (touch screen optional).
3, The backlight control circuit is used to control the backlight brightness and dimming. Of course, if backlight control is not required, this circuit can be omitted and the backlight control pin can be directly connected to a 3.3V power supply.
