SF-TC700I-9239D-T is a 7-inch TN transmissive color active matrix TFT LCD display equipped with a resistive touch panel and a resolution of 800x480 dots. The module size is 165 (width) X104 (height) X6.5 (depth) mm; Effective area 152.4 (W) X91.44 (H) mm. This TFT monitor supports a 24 bit RGB interface. With the help of anti glare display surfaces, the screen does not reflect light and maintains better image quality.
The contrast ratio of this module is 500:1 (typical value), and the brightness is 300 nits (typical value). The power supply voltage range of LCM is 3.0~3.6V, with a typical value of 3.3V. This module operates within a temperature range of -20 to+70 ℃, with storage temperatures ranging from -30 to+80 ℃.
