1.54 inch SPI TFT LCD 240x240 Resolution Product Introduction
Square display screen refers to a special LCD product with an aspect ratio of 1:1, which can be customized and cut according to the customer's design. Square screen displays are gradually attracting people's attention, with ultra-thin overall size, high brightness, long display life, and good heat dissipation. SAEFDISPLAY can provide square displays with sizes of 0.85 ", 1.3", 1.33 ", 1.4", 1.44 ", 1.54", 3.95 ", 4", and 7.6 ", which are more commonly used in handheld devices, smart home devices, and other special installation environments.
SFTO154JY-7166AN is a full-color square TFT LCD display with a diagonal size of 1.54 inches and a resolution of 240x240. This module supports SPI interface, making it very convenient for users to program and use. The module size of SFTO154JY-7166AN is 31.52 x 33.72mm, and the active area size is 27.72 x 27.72mm. It is controlled by ST7789P3, with a logic power supply voltage range of 3.0V to 3.6V.
This square TFT LCD can operate within a temperature range of -20 ℃ to+70 ℃, and its storage temperature range is -30 ℃ to+80 ℃. SFTO154JY-7166AN can be equipped with a newly designed resistive touch screen (RTP) or capacitive touch screen.
