With a 240x320 resolution, the ILI9341 driver, and support for multiple interface modes—including parallel MPU, SPI, and RGB—this module is ideal for industrial HMIs, medical devices, test equipment, consumer electronics, and IoT dashboards.

 

Engineered for Design Flexibility & Ease of Integration:

  • Multi-Interface Support: Configure as MPU 8/9/16/18-bit parallel, SPI, or RGB interface via IM[3:0] pins, allowing seamless compatibility with a wide range of MCUs and processors.

  • Bright & Readable Display: 250 cd/m² brightness and 250:1 contrast ratio ensure clear visibility in various lighting conditions. The 12 o’clock viewing direction is optimized for portrait-mode applications.

  • Touch Panel Ready: Includes dedicated pins (YU, XL, YD, XR) for easy integration of a 4-wire resistive touch panel, simplifying touch-enabled designs.

  • Robust & Reliable: Operating temperature range of -20°C to +70°C and comprehensive reliability testing ensure stable performance in demanding environments.
