Saef Tech SF-TC397H-8783A-T is a diagonal size 3.97”inch(4” inch) TFT LCD module with resolution 480x800 pixels. This module is built in with ILI9806E IC; it includes the controller and driver IC functions, supports RGB interface, and supply voltage (Vdd) range from 2.6V to 3.3V. This module viewing direction is 12 o'clock, and aspect ratio 4:3.

SF-TC397H-8783A-T TFT LCD module is portrait mode with brightness 300 nits (typical value). The module also is available for Resistive Touch Screen and Projected Capacitive Touch Screen optional. SF-TC397H-8783A-T can be operating at temperatures from -20℃ to +70℃; its storage temperatures range from -30℃ to +80℃. This 3.97”inch(4” inch) TFT LCD module is widely used in coffee machine, micro-wave oven, scanner, home automation, access control system, monitoring equipment, analyzers, security system, garden irrigation system, etc.
