It is built in with ST7567 controller or equivalent IC; it supports SPI interface. The SF-BS12864-174-YTDSY-R dot matrix display module is 3V power supply; This graphic display 128x64 module is available for without backlight or with LED backlight options. This 128 x 64 LCD module can be operating at temperatures from -10℃ to +60℃; its storage temperatures range from -20℃ to +70℃.
