Model SFOM096YZ7-12864WB-01 is an extension of SF-OS096YZ7-12864WB-01 with a PCB board on the module; It measures 0.96 inches diagonally and is made of 128x64 pixels. This PCB board with four mounting holes is an easy way for customers to secure modules to their applications. SFOM096YZ7-12864WB-01 module has built-in SSD1306 IC; Support 4-wire SPI interface; Optional I2C interface, drive duty cycle 1/64, logic supply voltage is 3.3V~5V, I/O level is 5V to 3V, with conversion circuit, display 50% check board current is 80mA @3.3VDD (typical). The module is connected with 7 connector pins, and 4 connector pins are optionally connected.
This OLED module is suitable for smart home applications, medical equipment, smart control, instrumentation, etc., and can operate in temperatures from -40°C to +85°C;
