SAEF Technology 128x64 Monochrome Displays COG LCD SF12864-207B is built in with ST7567 IC which supports SPI interface. The display is having the outline dimension 65.8 x 36.8 x 6.2 mm and VA size of 53.0 x 24.6 mm. This Monochrome Display can be operating at temperatures from -0℃ to +50℃; its storage temperatures range from -10℃ to +60℃. This LCD COG 128x64 display is very suitable for the applications that demand more compact package displays.

Pin1, /CS, Chip Select , When /CS= “L”, chip is selected
Pin2, /RST, When /RST= “L”, the settings are initialized
Pin3, A0, Select register data when A0= “H”, and instruction when A0= “L”
Pin4, SCL Serial clock input terminal

Pin6, VDD Supply voltage for logic circuit +3.3V
