2.8" TFT 480x640, TFT LCD 2.8 inch Description
SF-TO280PY-8990B-N TFT LCD module is a 2.8” inch diagonal size portrait mode 480x640 high resolution full color display, SF-TO280PY-8990B-N LCD module supports RGB Interface. The interface is customizable. SF-TO280PY-8990A-N model is having module dimension of 50(W) x 69.2(L) x 2.35(T) mm and active area size of 43.20 x 57.60 mm.
SF-TO280PY-8990B-N is integrated with ILI9806E, or ST7701 or Equivalent driver IC controller on module, and its logic supply voltage ranges from 2.6V to 3.4V. typical value is 3.2V. The surface luminance is 260 cd/m2 (Nits). This model has operating temp at -20 to 70 degree, and storage temp at -30 to 80 degree.
The model has been widely used in POS terminal, cash reader, embedded systems, automation, GPS, medical equipment, industrial device, security equipment which requires TFT display in high quality and colorful image.
