SF-TC154B-8945B-N model is having module dimension of 31.52x33.72mm and Active area size of 27.74x27.74mm; it is integrated with ST7789V controller on module, and its logic supply voltage ranges from 2.6V to 3.3V.
Saef SF-TC154B-8945B-N can be operating at temperatures from -20℃ to +70℃; its storage temperatures range from -30℃ to +80℃.
this TFT module is a square type LCD module, with 500 cd/m2 luminance. If you would like to adjust the luminance, please contact with us for more technical support.
