1. We only accept custom orders. All products are customized according to customer's specific requirements, such as measurement, structure, printing colors, surface finishing, etc. Professional suggestions are available.

2. We have our own design department. if you don’t have printing artwork yet, we can make designs for you. The design fee depends on the design’s complexity.

3. Blank sample and stock sample can be offered for free. As for customized sample, we only charge you once. If the sample can not meet your demand, we will remake it until you are satisfied, or refund the cost.

4. Lead time: 3-5 days for blank sample, 7-10 days for customized sample. For mass production, normally it takes 15 days, rush orders are available.

5. Factory visiting is warmly welcome! We can provide picking up and hotel booking service for your best convenience.

6. We are strictly with our products quality. Before shipping, we will send clear photos for your confirmation and take a random of the products to check the product quality. Even after you got the product, if you find any quality problem, it can be returned or exchanged.

1 Preparing the Interior
Specialty paper (with or without custom print & finishes) is wrapped and glued to the interior of the chipboard. Any additional add-ons like magnets are added before applying the specialty paper to create a seamless finish.

2 Preparing the Exterior
After applying all interior finishes, the box is folded and formed to apply the exterior specialty paper (with or without custom print & finishes). Finally, the specialty paper is trimmed to the size of the box and glued to the exterior of the chipboard.

3 Finishing Touches
Finishing touches are done to polish up any areas; for example, any excess specialty paper is folded into the box and glued for a seamless edge.
