0.20mm Heat Resistance Golden Color 100% PPS Monofilament Yarn For Braided Sleeving And Filter Bag
PPS monofilament (polyphenylene sulfide) features a density of 1.35 with high mechanical strength, hardness, low wear, and excellent impact and chemical resistance compared to PSU and PE materials. It demonstrates outstanding resistance to oxidation and hydrolysis, capable of withstanding repeated steam boiling. This self-extinguishing plastic maintains high corrosion resistance up to 220°C, with brief usability at 260°C. At room temperature, it offers flexural strength comparable to ABS with low shrinkage rate and exceptional dimensional and heat stability.
