The valve core assembly machine is a customized production line for plastic ceramic valve cores, consisting of three parts: fully automatic ceramic valve core assembly part, valve core inspection part, and valve core packaging and stacking finished products for storage. There is a main control desk on the entire production line, which controls and monitors the production status, such as the production output of each workstation, product quality curve, alarm information, and so on.

The faucet cartridge (valve core) fully automatic assembly production line consists of:

1. Plastic ceramic valve cores automatic assembly line;
   
    
2. Valve cores quality inspection automatic line ( testing for air leaking, tightness etc.)
   
    
3. Packaging and finished products are stacking lines for storage.
   
    
4. Main Operation and Control System:
   4.1 To monitor the whole production line’s working procedure: production throughput for each working station;
   4.2 The production quality graph;
   4.3 The alarms for misoperation, and trouble shootings for each module, and component. Etc.
