Automatically Inspection Machine for Shower Mixing Valve


The machine is exclusively designed and built for bathroom shower mixing valve’s 3 nozzles automatic inspection: cold water port, hot water port, and the outlet water port.

The working theory: by applying high-precision and high sensitive
micro-pressure differential sensors to measure whether the air pressure in the sealed space has decreased, to detect whether there is leakage in the tested valve core ports.
