The kitchen organic waste enters the "pretreatment system". After treatment, the solid materials enter the fermentation system, and the waste gas generated by the pretreatment workshop enters the "waste gas treatment system". After treatment, the liquid enters the later wastewater treatment system for treatment through the oil-water separation equipment, and finally discharged to the municipal pipe network. The whole system realizes automatic control, automatic data transmission, storage and remote monitoring through the "electric control system".

MXCCJ-1000 consists of a stirring system, a fermentation degradation system, a PLC automatic electronic control system, a heating system and a purification and deodorization system.

How it works

1. MXCCJ-1000 composter speed up the  natual composting process to a 24 hour, automatical,and energy-efficient technology.

2. The machine chamber has internal rotating arms for mechanical agitation and an oil jacket for heating.

3. MX composter use natually occuring microbes to compost organic wastein 24 hours ,and achieve a reduction of 80-90%.

4. The temperature of the tank is raised to the required temperatures to eliminate harmful bacteria.

5. Vented airflow ensure aerobic digestion which prevents methane (odours) and minimises other odours associated with composting process.
