The organic waste aerobic fermentation bin provided by our company, also known as continuous biological fermentation bin, realizes the classification and phase separation of microorganisms in the reactor by setting different specification areas in the reactor and controlling different working conditions in different areas, such as temperature, humidity and automatic oxygen supplement. Complex organics are gradually decomposed into carbohydrates, fats and proteins under aerobic conditions, It is further degraded into small molecule monosaccharides and finally into small molecule organics, carbon dioxide, water, etc. The kitchen waste treatment equipment developed by our company has a waste utilization rate of more than 99% and an overall reduction rate of no less than 80%.

MXCCJ-1000 consists of a stirring system, a fermentation degradation system, a PLC automatic electronic control system, a heating system and a purification and deodorization system.

How it works

1. MXCCJ-1000 composter speed up the  natual composting process to a 24hour, automatical,and energy-efficient technology.

2. The machine chamber has internal rotating arms for mechanical agitation and an oil jacket for heating.

3. MX composter use natually occuring microbes to compost organic wastein 24hours ,and achieve a reduction of 80-90%.

4. The temperature of the tank is raised to the required temperatures to eliminate harmful bacteria.

5. Vented airflow ensure aerobic digestion which prevents methane (odours) and minimises other odours associated with composting process.
