1.  "Mixing function" is composed of reducer motor, mixing spindle, paddle mixing blade, bearing and seal. Mainly through the forward and reverse rotation of the main shaft, the paddle stirring blade is driven to make a spiral movement, so as to realize the uniform mixing of materials and composite microbial strains, the sufficient mixing of oxygen and materials, the uniform diffusion of heat in materials, and speed up the process of aerobic fermentation;
2.  "Auxiliary heat function" is to ensure the rapid reaction of compound microbial strains at the most suitable constant temperature. Since the optimum temperature of the strain is between 45 ℃ and 75 ℃, the circulating heating of heat transfer oil is adopted.
3.  "Thermal insulation function" is mainly realized by thermal insulation material aluminum silicate. Due to the anti-corrosion fan in the air suction function, while extracting waste gas and water vapor, it will lose the heat of the fermentation bin, and the fermentation bin itself will naturally dissipate heat. From the perspective of energy conservation and environmental protection, the thermal insulation function can prevent 90% of the natural heat dissipation from losing from the fermentation bin. The extracted gas is collected and heated back to the fermentation chamber by thermocouple.
4.  "Anti corrosion function" is realized through the material of fermentation bin. The material in contact with materials in fermentation bin is SUS304, and the thickness is not less than 3mm. In this way, the acid substances and water vapor produced by the materials in the fermentation process can be avoided from damaging the fermentation bin, and the service life of the fermentation bin can be increased.

2. The machine chamber has internal rotating arms for mechanical agitation and an oil jacket for heating.

3. MX composter use natually occuring microbes to compost organic wastein 24hours ,and achieve a reduction of 80-90%.

4. The temperature of the tank is raised to the required temperatures to eliminate harmful bacteria.

5. Vented airflow ensure aerobic digestion which prevents methane (odours) and minimises other odours associated with composting process.
