Working Process of Organic Waste Compost Machines:
Step 1
Feed Waste: Waste enters the conversion chamber.
Step 2
Start Cycle: A simple turn of the switch puts the machine into Automatic conversion mode. Multiple inbuilt sensors maintain suitable temperature and moisture conditions. The process completes within 24 hours and enters Power saving mode.
Step 3
Remove Soil Enricher: A tap on the touchscreen puts the machine in unloading mode. The operator opens the outlet door and the finished soil enricher starts falling out automatically. Our machine is ready for next day’s waste.
1000Kg Food Waste Composting Machine
MXCCJ-1000 consists of a stirring system, a fermentation degradation system, a PLC automatic electronic control system, a heating system and a purification and deodorization system.
How it works
1. MXCCJ-1000 composter speed up the natual composting process to a 24hour, automatical,and energy-efficient technology.
2. The machine chamber has internal rotating arms for mechanical agitation and an oil jacket for heating.
3. MX composter use natually occuring microbes to compost organic wastein 24hours ,and achieve a reduction of 80-90%.
4. The temperature of the tank is raised to the required temperatures to eliminate harmful bacteria.
5. Vented airflow ensure aerobic digestion which prevents methane (odours) and minimises other odours associated with composting process.
