Main part features:

1. Receiving hopper volume around 15m³, The fully enclosed structure is adopted, and a bucket cover is set at the top of the hopper. The bucket cover adopts air pressure mode, which can be opened automatically when receiving materials and closed when not receiving materials, so as to avoid odor overflow; The bottom of the hopper is equipped with a shaft free screw conveyor with large conveying capacity, which can effectively avoid material winding and blocking; A drainage device is set under the screw, which can drain part of the free liquid, which is conducive to the subsequent sorting of sundries.

2. The crusher adopts double shaft crusher to realize the following three functions:

1) crushing kitchen waste to a particle size of less than 60mm and meeting the needs of subsequent processes;

2) It has anti winding function, which can fully break the plastic bags and plastic cloth in kitchen waste and improve the efficiency of subsequent equipment treatment;

3) Protection function: in case of overload caused by hard object blockage, it can automatically try to reverse and stop the machine after it cannot rotate.

3.Screw extruder the equipment carries out solid-liquid separation based on the principle of screw extrusion to separate solids greater than 5mm. The discharge end is controlled by air cylinder or air bag, which can automatically adjust the moisture content of discharge to meet the requirements of different materials. The equipment body, solid impurities and fine material outlets are sealed, and there is no odor during operation. All parts in contact with kitchen materials are made of SUS304 stainless steel.

4.The main function of Filter press is to further remove the coarse fiber materials in the slurry, improve the oil extraction rate and body wear and damage rate of the three-phase separator, and the particle size of solids in the slurry after pressure filtration is less than 1mm. All parts of the equipment in contact with materials are made of SUS304 stainless steel.
