The commercial food waste composting machine consists of a stirring system, a fermentation degradation system, a PLC automatic electronic control system, a heating system and a purification and deodorization system.
How it works
1. MXCCJ-1000 composter speed up the natual composting process to a 24hour, automatical,and energy-efficient technology.
2. The machine chamber has internal rotating arms for mechanical agitation and an oil jacket for heating.
3. MX composter use natually occuring microbes to compost organic wastein 24hours ,and achieve a reduction of 80-90%.
4. The temperature of the tank is raised to the required temperatures to eliminate harmful bacteria.
5. Vented airflow ensure aerobic digestion which prevents methane (odours) and minimises other odours associated with composting process.
