1. Raw material selection: PP and HDPE available. Depends on the market price and the client’s request for raw material, we can pick the most suitable raw material for clients. Also, Virgin/Modified/Recycled material is available to pick. Depends on clients’ budget/use and things like that.

2. Steel tube reinforced: Rackable pallet is pretty normal in the warehouse usage, so to make sure the deformation. We reinforced the pallet with steel tubes. It can reduce the deformation of the pallet. (1 Ton cargo on Racking system) With only the plastic part, the pallet will have an 11-13mm deformation. (Not fit the test standard), after being reinforced by the steel tubes, the deformation can down to 2-3mm.

3. The price of the food-grade pallet and plastic pallet for medicine. Normally for this industry area, we use all closed surface pallets. The hygienic pallet is made by 100% virgin HDPE or PP, so the manufacturing cost is higher than another pallet, and for sure the pallet load capacity and the hygienic is better
