A: All you need is to give the below details and our sales team will propose suitable models,

a) pallet size Length *Width *height.

b) Pallet usage stackable pallet, rackable pallet, flooring use pallet, export use pallet.

c) pallet load capacity dynamic load, static load, racking load accordingly.

Q: Can you make our color or logo pallet? How many pallets do we order?  

A: Yes, screen printing is available free of charge. Other printing methods are negotiable.

We don't have MOQ, no matter how much you need, you can provide it.

Q: How long does your delivery time?  What's you MOQ?

A: In general,15-20days once received advance payment. If you place a formal order, we will give you a production plan to guarantee on-time delivery.

Q: Whats' your payment terms?  

A: In general, TT is commonly ways. Surely, we also accept L/C, Paypal, West Union, or others according to the specific situation.
