Main features:
Box: SUS304, thickness 3mm;
Window: 10mm thick plexiglass facing the operation box, with a wide viewing angle and no dead angles;
Ball valve: SUS304, the valve is equipped with nozzles inside and outside to enter water and air, and some instruments can be placed in the box to evacuate;
Illumination: UV-free white light, installed in front of each glass window;
Power supply: the box is equipped with a porous power socket to meet the customer's internal instrument use;
Gloves: industrial grade corrosion-resistant latex gloves, glove mouth with sealing ring fixed;
Reserved interface: Reserved KF interface, which can be upgraded later.
Matching:
Automatic humidity system: automatic control of humidity/ moisture in the box, out of the blind zone of humidity;
Automatic pressure system: the box is in a constant pressure value, especially suitable for the leakage of harmful powder;
Oven: If vacuum baking is required, an over-binning mode can be selected;
Purification system: vacuum and inert gas thick, water oxygen value is generally about 200PPM, after purification can reach < 1PPM;
Dust removal system: the internal purification level reaches 100/1000 level.
