Cable & Wire Extrusion Lines

Extrusion is a process used to create objects with a fixed cross-sectional profile. A material is pushed through a die with the desired cross-section. The extrusion process can be done with the material hot or cold. In a subsequent stage, molten plastic is applied to the entire circumference of the wire, forcing it to adhere to the structure of the wire or cable. Extrusion is most commonly used for wire insulation and to form the outer sheath of the cable.

1. Line can be equipped with a tandem extruder for the sheathing process
2. Specific screws and barrels can be chosen to match the material for extrusion, such as PVC, LDPE, MDPE, HDPE, HFFR and etc.
3. The extrusion crosshead of EX series can be selected from center-adjusted or adjust less, strip color and skin color can be adopted.
4. The line can connect with portal takeup and payoff, and belt-type caterpillar.
5. Tem-control is from the Japanese RKC series tem-controller &solidity repay(SSR).
