Cage Description:

Each cage is equipped a motor to make stranding cage rotate. It runs steadily and safely cage forward rotating, reversed rotating and idle rotating can be done by operating handle. It is easy to change pitch and position by touch screen.

Rotating air bag:

The rotary air bag adopts the end face method. The material of the sealing ring is copper-based alloy, which is wear-resistant and high-temperature resistant. During normal production, the sealing ring is cooled by cooling air. When the machine is stopped, the compressed air for cooling is automatically closed in order to save air consumption.

Close die & compact head:

Behind each cage, there is a group of closing die and roller compressing stand;

The distance of the close wire can be adjusted by the hand wheel screw, the close die can realize the functions of wire closing and drawing round wires;

Rolling compressed stand includes two pairs cross rollers. It is used for producing round or sector conductor;

Compacting Device( for sector shape conductor): Can make rotation Z & S.
